Apache Pass (Marston 1)

Colton Marston was a boy when his father and brother were brutally murdered before his eyes. For seemingly no reason, his sister and he were orphaned then taken up by a rugged frontiersman who taught Colton the ways of the West while his sister left for the tame Eastern US. Vowing to reap revenge on those who murdered his family, Colton roamed the western trails looking for those responsible before ending up in Apache Pass scouting for the Army. The events at Apache Pass spurred the Chiricahua Apache to begin the decades-long Apache Wars. It would be Colton’s test of loyalty to love or duty.
